OAR regularly offers a one day RTEMS Kick Start and a four day RTEMS Open Class. These are open to any attendee from any company. Either of these classes can be scheduled for a closed group of attendees from a single organization or project.

Custom courses can be arranged which include subsets and/or additions to the regular course material. For example, custom courses have been arranged which add POSIX threads programming to the open course.
