On-Line Applications Research (OAR) Corporation was founded in 1978 to research, develop, and implement practical solutions to computer science and engineering problems in the commercial and military marketplaces. In 1988, we were fortunate enough to be contracted by the U.S. Army Missile Command to perform the research which lead to the development of RTEMS.
